Plan Mode Safe Operations

In plan mode, allowed because they inform the plan:de $B/plan-ceo-review, $D/plan-eng-review, et codex exec/codex plan-devex-review, writeset toles ~/exécute à la suite, dans l'ordre obligatoire CEO → Design → Eng → DX. Chaque phase finit complètement avant que la suivante commence. La qualité de l'analyse reste la même — toutes les sections sont exécutées à fond.

La différence : les questions intermédiaires sont auto-décidées selon six principes.
